Search the feature
We can find how to create a diagram if we select on a folder or in the menu "New > Other...". At this moment, we have all file's type that you can create. Select "Topcased > Topcased diagrams > BlueXML Diagram". Click on the button "Next".
Create the diagram
After we must fill the model name (the file name) and the template. A template means a diagram's type. We have the choice between an use case diagram or a class diagram. After we can click on the butoon "Finish" and our files are created.
